SUMMARY
Code snippets panel not visible in Kdevelop.

Code snippets are visible in Kate (KTextEditor)

1. Open Kdevelop
2. Display tools  (Windows - Add tool View)
3.

Qt6 Kate's Snippets plugin is incompatible with Qt5 KDevelop. Upgrade to KDevelop 6 in order to use KTextEditor plugins shipped with Kate.
