I was trying to update a GNOME Application Platform version 45 and have a next error such as: 

Refresh of version 45 Aborted due to failure (Can't remove org.gnome.Platform/x86_64/45, it is needed for: org.x.Warpinator)

The issue itself is either bug in the Flathub packaging for something or else a bug in Flatpak itself, and and the the low-quality error message text is definitely a bug in Flatpak. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do in Discover here. You'll need to report it at https://github.com/flatpak/flatpak/issues.
