SUMMARY
When right clicking to create a new file or dirctory  cases a popup the lists all files and diesctories in the hime directory.  The popup covers the entire height on the screen and is not scrollable.   Because ot that I am not able to click on "Directory" and so am not ale to create a new directory from Dolphin.

It doesn't matter which directory dolphin is showing, right clicking and selecting create new always show a list of files in the home directory.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Open Dolphin
2.  Select a directory
3.  Right click in panel and select Create new.

OBSERVED RESULT
A list longer that can be displayed on the screen show up.  No scroll bar and so the top of the list is not visible, making it impossible to create a new directory, among other posibilities.

EXPECTED RESULT
I don't expect the see the files and directories from my home directory to be seen in that list.
