SUMMARY
Opening animated PNGs in Gwenview only shows a static image.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open an animated PNG in Gwenview

OBSERVED RESULT
The PNG is not animated

EXPECTED RESULT
The PNG should be animated
