Icons in icons only task manager in tablet mode

SUMMARY
Icons dont space out in the icons and text task manager when in tablet mode for a more touch friendly experience unlike the icons only task manager 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Switch to Icons-and-Text Task Manger
2. Fold Convertible to go into tablet mode

OBSERVED RESULT
Icons stay the same

EXPECTED RESULT
Icons to space out
