Notice the folder icon only refreshing when the file was added.

If you have an empty folder on your Desktop, then add a file, the folder's icon will reflect that, however if you delete the file or move somewhere else, the folder's icon won't reflect that change.

Cannot reproduce the issue with current git master; must be fixed already.
