On the Configure SMB4K dialogs, I have enabled Wake-on LAN features. It tells me to configure hosts on the Custom Options page, but I don't see a way to add my hosts.

Please go to the network neighborhood browser, right-click on the host you want to wake up and select "Add Custom Settings" from the popup menu. Go to the "Wake-On-LAN Settings" tab, enter the MAC address of the host and tick the settings you need. For more information, you can also consult the handbook (press F1 to open it).
Thank you for your time and effort. When I right-click, I don't have a menu item "Add Custom Settings. I do have a menu item "Custom Options, and I do find a Wake-On-LAN Settings tab, but I can't enter a MAC address. My Smb4K is version 3.1.7. I am running Debian GNU/Linux 12, KDE Plasma 5.27.5, Frameworks 5.103.0. Thank you for the additional information. I will try to reproduce the problem (with the latest Qt5 version of Smb4K) and fix it, if I found it.
I checked version 3.2.5 (the last Qt5 version) and there you can enter the MAC address for a host and afterwards edit the Wake-on-LAN settings. However, you need to determine the MAC address of the host outside of Smb4K first. An automatic detection has not been implemented yet.
