STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Have an upgrade to a new major version of Fedora KDE available (e.g. 40 -> 41) 2. Launch Discover 3. Click the "Upgrade Now" button on the banner at the top of the window OBSERVED RESULT Discover doesn't upgrade now. Instead, it goes to the Updates page, says "refreshing" for 30+ seconds, presents a normal-looking software update (albeit a big one) and then does nothing. You have to manually click the "Update All" button to proceed. EXPECTED RESULT After you initially click on the "Upgrade Now" on the banner, the update proceeds with no further user intervention, with all required steps taking place automatically and abstracted away on a page that says "Upgrading now" with and shows a progress bar.
