The raster parts of SVG are poorly rendered

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open SVG
2. Review output

OBSERVED RESULT
Parts of the SVG are cut off

EXPECTED RESULT
Complete image.

Qt Version: 6.8.0

Original SVG (16MB) too big for the bugtracker.

I can confirm the rendering issue.
