How many screens you you have? Does the issue go away if you switch your Plasma theme to something that's not Breeze?

I'm using the internal screen of my laptop. I've tried several pre-installed themes of plasma: the "breeze dark" and "breeze light" theme often go wrong when I lock the screen, while on few occasions they display the lock screen correctly. The "breeze dark and light" and "Oxygen" theme never go wrong when I lock the screen.
