I am still seeing similar behavior in version 3.7.4, except that it appears to be only the telescope focal length that reverts to a value I did not enter. Now it's stuck on 430. I deleted all of the FOV indicators I had and started over with a C9.25. I entered 2350 for focal length, entered camera parameters, clicked Compute FOV and then clicked OK. I then clicked edit to review my input and the telescope focal length had been changed to 430. Everything else remained the same. I've tried updating several times with different values and each time it reverts to 430.
