SUMMARY
Getting a notification, say from a Discord message, will move my cursor to the monitor the notification is shown on, if I'm drawing with the tablet.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have notifications set to appear on your right monitor
2. Move your cursor to the left monitor and hover the pen near the tablet (to begin moving the cursor)
3. Receive a notification

OBSERVED RESULT
Cursor jumps to the right monitor

EXPECTED RESULT
Cursor does not move
