The sync overlay icons present in Dolphin are no longer present after upgrading to KDE neon 6.x from KDE neon 5.x.

https://github.com/nextcloud/desktop/issues/6577#issuecomment-2286051183 for how fedora fixed the issue.

dolphin-nextcloud should be compiled against qt6.
