simply put, when I try to enable pop-up notification messages when I activate/deactivate the caps lock key, there are no pop-ups. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Go into System Settings -> Accessibility -> Modifier Keys -> Check option to Show notification when modifier or Locking keys are used. 2. Configure Notifications -> Select "Show a message in a popup" for the the "A lock key has been activated" and for "A lock key has been deactivated" OBSERVED RESULT No notification popup, irrespective of Do not disturb or do not disturb overrides for the Accessibility app. EXPECTED RESULT Notification popup appearing on-screen.
