Recently on KDE Linux images, SDDM crashed and DrKonqi went in to try to make a crash report. But DrKonqi itself crashed, leading to a loop. This led to tens of thousands of core dumps.

It should probably stop processing more than one crash for anything, which would handle this failure case. That makes this basically a dupe of Bug 489315.
