SUMMARY
Running Plasma inside virt-manager/qemu and opening system-monitor results in a high CPU load.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

2. in virt-manager create a new VM with that iso and boot into it
3. open system-monitor

OBSERVED RESULT
high CPU load at 95%

EXPECTED RESULT
lower CPU load

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS

I'm not sure this is the same bug. Here load is at 95%-100%, with kwin_wayland taking 30-40% and systemmonitor 70-60%.
