SUMMARY
Camera Indicator does not correctly indicate camera in use

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. have Zoom (installed as flatpak) 
2. open a session with video
3. camera is working and shows a picture

OBSERVED RESULT
4. Camera indicator says "No camera in use"


EXPECTED RESULT
4. Camera indicator should tell "flatpak app Zoom is using camera"

Windows: 
macOS: 
(available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a terminal window)
Linux/KDE Plasma: fedora 40 / 6.2.1
KDE Plasma Version: 6.2.1
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.7.0
Qt Version: 6.7.2

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Camera is USB-based, but available as `v4l2` device, and apparently used by "bwrap -- zoom" as '/dev/dri/renderD128`.
