STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have an entry with a long name, in my case "Help (Browse and search documentation)"
2. Open the menu

OBSERVED RESULT
Menu is truncated from the right, nested menus are positioned incorrectly

EXPECTED RESULT
Menu is not truncated: either overlong name is truncated with trailing "..." or menu is resized to fir contents. Nested menus are positioned properly.

Thank you for the bug report! I'm forward-duping this to bug 503143 as it's the same underyling issue and I references that one in the open MR fixing it.
