SUMMARY
KDE Neon does not install sddm-greeter when installing sddm. this leads the themes which uses sddm-greeter to crash and unable to be applied. sddm will default back to debian theme

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install KDE Neon
2. apply theme that requite qt 5 such as this one https://store.kde.org/p/2056786
3. log out and back in, the sddm theme is now debian
4. journalctl -u sddm.service will show the error '[THEME NAME] requires missing "/usr/bin/sddm-greeter" . Using fallback theme.'

OBSERVED RESULT
Theme will default back to debian
errror will say '[THEME NAME] requires missing "/usr/bin/sddm-greeter" . Using fallback theme.'

EXPECTED RESULT
sddm-greeter installed with sddm
theme that require qt5 be applied normally
