Folder view stuck in non-floating mode with a floating panel

SUMMARY
The folder view widget does not follow the panel's floating mode correctly. When first opened with a floating panel, the widget floats. When the panel is un-floated, the widget un-floats but stays in this mode even when the panel is floating again. The system tray correctly follows the panel behavior.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open folder view with floating panel
2. Maximize window to un-float panel
3. Open folder view again
4. Restore window to make panel float again
5. Open folder view again

OBSERVED RESULT
The folder view widget gets stuck in the un-floating mode.

EXPECTED RESULT
The widget correctly respects the panel mode.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Fedora KDE 40
KDE Plasma Version: 6.2.1
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.7.0
Qt Version: 6.7.2

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Issue is not dependant on the plasma theme. Observed with Breeze and Oxygen

Can reproduce when I pin it open so that I can make the panel float and de-float while it's still open. Indeed, it fails to move appropriately the way other panel pop-ups do.
