These are all obsolete packages (they come from Ubuntu not Neon). Do you know why you are having them installed?

I have used Neon User for a few years at this point and when I first installed, the system was using Plasma 5. I suppose these packages have simply not been marked for deletion when the upgrade to Plasma 6 happened. Maybe I can simply uninstall these packages?

yes best just remove them

I managed to get rid of the packages using synaptic (pkcon didn'r recognize the package names) and the "Broken" filter, but as a consequence I now have 47 old packages with different libkpim5* names as well as one libkf5calendarutils-bin showing up as updates in Discover. Is there a way to get rid of them?
