SUMMARY
Adding a Google Account in Online Accounts is not possible because the login page doesn't work.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Settings 
2. Go to online accounts
3. Click add
4. Select Google

OBSERVED RESULT
Login page opens but google shows: 
This browser or app may not be secure. Learn more
Try using a different browser. If you’re already using a supported browser, you can try again to sign in.

EXPECTED RESULT
The google login page allows to login and google services become available.
