SUMMARY
Graphical glitches when trying to detach and move tabs in chromium

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install chromium(130.0.6723.58)
2. Enable the following flags: #enable-vulkan = enabled, #default-angle-vulkan = enabled, #vulkan-from-angle = disabled, #ozone-platform-hint : wayland
3.  Open multiple tabs.
4. Try to detach a tab and move it, ideally between multiple monitors

OBSERVED RESULT
Gitches as seen in photo

EXPECTED RESULT
No glitches
