Created attachment 175080 [details] Screenshot showing lack of profile picture No matter the room. Other profile pictures from other people load just fine though. When someone replies to me in chat I do see my own profile picture in the reply view.
I *think* this just boils down to us running into ratelimits a lot (or do *all* other avatars load for you?). For some reason, people do get more ratelimits recently, i don't really know why that is, though
It _seemed_ like all other avatars loaded. However right now I can't reproduce it, so maybe it's indeed a ratelimiting issue.
Note that the issue could also be libQuotient deciding too late to use the new media endpoints. The same issues happens with suggested spaces. At some point I need to reverse/outright remove the check.
Is this still reproducible? If so, please also try https://github.com/quotient-im/libQuotient/commit/e1155364a38be8fa3bf01684e00220d5d973bb2d and that would make the situation even better.

I can not in 25.12.1, so I guess it got fixed somehow!
