Hi Plasma-nm team, good Morning. i am trying to explore plasm-nm and as part of that i compiled plasma-nm in my fedora40 . I followed the build instructions using https://community.kde.org/Get_Involved/development#Iterating_on_a_single_project kdesrc-build plasma-nm --> Success. But when i run kdesrc-build --run plasma-nm , not able to find plasma-nm. i checked ~/kde/usr , all the .so files are created and i can see bin folder also there. Could you please help me to see plasma-nm applet , and also suggest how to use these libraries if i want to build standalone QT application from window . Thanks in advance
plasma-nm isn't an app, it's a part of Plasma. So you need to restart Plasma to make your changes visible. Because it's a Plasma plug-in, you'll probably need to also build the rest of Plasma from source as well. JFYI bug reports are for reporting bugs; in the future please ask for dev help using one of the methods described in https://community.kde.org/Get_Involved/development#Where_to_find_the_development_team.
