SUMMARY

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Make sure you run KDE on Wayland
2. Hold ALT
3. Place a finger inside a window (NOT title bar) then move finger around

OBSERVED RESULT

Whatever would happen if ALT was not pressed. For instance in Konsole it scrolls the text.

EXPECTED RESULT

It should move the window like it does when using a mouse or touchpad to click and drag instead of the touch screen.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows:
macOS:
(available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a terminal window)
Linux/KDE Plasma: Kubuntu 24.10
KDE Plasma Version: 6.1.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.6.0
Qt Version: 6.6.2

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

This works as expected on X11.
