Created attachment 174961 [details] kscreen-doctor -o output SUMMARY The Present Windows effect has been acting in an erratic way ever since I switched from Plasma 5.27 to 6.2.1. One of two things happen: 1) At times it behaves as though they were no windows open, even though multiple are indeed open. It doesn't matter if I active Present Windows (all desktops) through a hotkey or a window edge. 2) At other times it will seem like everything is okay, but clicking the task doesn't activate that window it should, but seemingly a random one. My setup is an X11 session on a Nvidia GPU with the binary drivers. I have two screens - a 1080p monitor and a 4k TV switched to 1080p, cloning the contents of the monitor. If I unplug the TV, the effect starts working as intended. After replugging the TV, the issue reappears. Usually no windows are detected then. I can provide further information if needed. For now I'm attaching the output of kscreen-doctor -o STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Open several windows 2. Activate Present Windows (all workspaces) OBSERVED RESULT Either no windows are displayed or their thumbnails open the wrong window on click. EXPECTED RESULT All windows are shown and the proper window is activated when a thumbnail is clicked.
