SUMMARY When an unmounted drive is accessed in Dolphin, Dolphin's entire UI freezes while the mounting happens STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Have an external USB HDD connected, where this is the most noticeable 2. Click on it in Devices tab in Dolphin, this will start mounting it 3. Dolphin freezes for about 5-10 seconds on my system OBSERVED RESULT Dolphin freezes EXPECTED RESULT Dolphin does not freeze and ideally some load indicator is added instead of the frozen thread. I wish to be able to click away, sometimes I mount the wrong drive by accident and I have to wait to actually open the thing I need.
