SUMMARY
When attempting to assign a shortcut to a profile, it appears correctly but does not function. Restarting Yakuake removes profile shortcuts from menu.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start Yakuake
2. Open menu -> Manage profiles
3. In the shortcuts column, double click to set a keybind (ctrl + 1)
4. Click okay 
5. Attempt to use shortcut
6. Close out of Yakuake 
7. Open Yakuake 
8. Open menu -> Manage profiles

OBSERVED RESULT
The profile shortcut is not saved and does not work

EXPECTED RESULT
The shortcut opens a tab with the corresponding profile across yakuake sessions

I have the same problem with yakuake 25.04.2 from the fedora repo on Plasma 6.3.5 Wayland

when the shortcut is entered, it logs

I can reproduce on Yakuake 25.04.2, on Fedora KDE 42. Thanks!
