SUMMARY

When rotated 90 degrees, the screen does not work correctly.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.   In the settings, select screen rotation by 90 degrees. (It doesn't matter whether it's counterclockwise or clockwise.)

OBSERVED RESULT
There are glitches on the screen. It is impossible to use.

EXPECTED RESULT

The screen is correctly rotated by 90 degrees.

For my DP external display, the issue happens only when the Night Light feature is on or the display's brightness drops below 100%. 
It may be a workaround.

The issue does not reproduce in version 6.2.1.1.
