Graphical artifacts in the System Settings

After setting `*.debug=true` in Custom Rules in KDebugSettings there are graphical artifacts (glitches) in the System Settings as shown on the attached screenshot.

I can reproduce this. It's only that one window in system settings, so that one window is doing something weird. 

If you can  narrow down the category that would help.
