Networks widget open, showing empty networks in the network list

SUMMARY
Networks widget shows non-existent, connected networks with empty network names

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable WiFi
2. Open Networks widget
3. Scroll down to see empty networks (optional)

OBSERVED RESULT
Non-existent WiFi networks shown in Networks widget

EXPECTED RESULT
Only existing WiFi networks are shown
