SUMMARY
With 6.2+, both with Arch provided system packages and self compiled ones post SDDM login there is now a upwards of 30s+ startup delay before the desktop shows up.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Login to SDDM
2.  Wait for long time
3.  See Desktop

OBSERVED RESULT
Long startup delay

EXPECTED RESULT
Quick desktop display

Same issue here. It was very fast, now i have 30 sec or so delay watching the gear spinning.

6.2.0 was fine, 6.21 has long startup delay.
