Not resolved properly

The following packages will be REMOVED:
pipewire-alsa pipewire-audio

You kept pulseaudio pulseaudio-module-bluetooth in the recommends which is confusing the resolver

I expect those two packages to be removed from the recommends entirely. Additionally, I would expect that pipewire-pulse also be added to the depends for neon-desktop. Refer to kubuntu-desktop for a good starting point for the dependencies and you will notice that there IS NOT pulseaudio and pulseaudio-module-bluetooth in recommends and there IS pipewire and pipewire-pulse in depends
