can confirm, freshly upgraded from 24.01 with fresh install of korganizer and kdepim-addons, no access to PIM settings or calendar via the clock.

can also add that the digitial clock .qml file has changed with more lines added

/usr/share/plasma/plasmoids/org.kde.plasma.digitalclock/contents/ui/DigitalClock.qml

i noticed this because i have a hack that i used to apply on line 619 and now i have to apply it on line 651 since the upgrade.

I can also confirm this. I have kepim installed, akonadi is running. Korganizer works just fine, I'm able to integrate with google groupware. However, I don't see in digital clock the pim integration plugin, as I saw it on Kubuntu 22.04 (plastma 5.27 if I'm not mistaken).
