SUMMARY

When dragging Yakuake from the bottom of the window, on some screens the window will instantly snap to 100% height and not allow you to drag it back

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Drag the bottom of the window on some display layouts

OBSERVED RESULT
Yakuake instantly maximizes its height and doesn't allow for dragging it back up

EXPECTED RESULT
The drag should work like it normally does
