SVG in question

SUMMARY
In Wallpaper menu of System Settings, if part of the SVG is transparent (e.g. there's no background, only foreground objects that aren't large enough to cover the whole SVG), the transparent part is rendered as white in the thumbnail. 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have such an SVG in your Wallpaper mene

OBSERVED RESULT
Transparent part looks white

EXPECTED RESULT
Should stay as transparent as in thumbnails rendered by Dolphin
