Wallpaper SVG File

SUMMARY
Some time ago I made an SVG wallpaper myself, but I found its thumbnail in Dolphin and "Desktop Settings->Wallpaper" menu scaled weirdly. 

SVG and screenshots will be attached soon.

kimageformats doesn't handle svg.

If this is a bug in the image handler, it's a bug in Qt.

If this is a bug in the thumbnailer, it's a bug in kio-extras/thumbmail.

I'm going to vote thumbnailer bug since kolourpaint opens the SVG file just fine.
