for me its a BUG because i cant work with that i think adobe-photoshop is the guide line ... so if i open the adobe and i open one image after an other or a whole batch, always the tool i have choosen is always the same. yours is always set back to "brush", why ??? its very unusual ;) btw. why i must register for helping the comunity, i think 90% of the people have no time to register on 20 platforms for 20 programs only to give an hint or ask for a feature !?! github it the way !!! Sorry if you cannot work with this, but, no, Krita is not Photoshop, and even if you think this is a bug for you. it is intentional behaviour in Krita. Photoshop isn't our "guideline"... And github is proprietary shit, so we don't use that.
