SUMMARY
After adding another shortcut for ALT-TAB(navigate amongst windows) using "Shift + Space" then Shift+P also triggers the navigate windows action

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. assing Shift + space for the Alt+tab shortcuts in shortcuts>kwin>navigate amongst windows
2. use shift + p

OBSERVED RESULT
see that the action of alt + tab is triggered

EXPECTED RESULT
shift + p should not trigger any action as only shift + space was setup as shortcut

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS

Linux/KDE Plasma: kubuntu 23.10
KDE Plasma Version: 5.27.8
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.11

In the end I think this is more a feature request than a bug and not a really necessary feature.
Siwtching to Fedora, Shift space cannot even be assigned so let's close this I'm using F1 as alternative to Alt tab now
