SUMMARY
When the panel is in "Fit content" mode, the Application Menu crosses displays and is shown on two displays, which is very annoying and makes it extremely difficult to use.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set panel size to fit content
2. Open Application Menu
3. Application Menu crosses displays

OBSERVED RESULT
Application menu crosses displays

EXPECTED RESULT
Application menu stays on one display

Windows: 
macOS:

This'll be fixed in Plasma 6.3.0
