Brightness and Color widget menu showing two sliders for "Built-in Screen" set to different values.

SUMMARY
After updating to Plasma 6.2 there are now two brightness sliders for built-in screen.
Adjusting the bottom slider also moves the top slider. 
Adjusting the top slider also changes screen brightness and has no effect on the bottom slider.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Brightness and Color widget

OBSERVED RESULT
There are two sliders for the same device

EXPECTED RESULT
There is a single slider as in Plasma 6.1.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: OpenSUSE Tumbleweed, 6.11.2-1
KDE Plasma Version: 6.2.0, Wayland
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.6.0 
Qt Version: 6.7.3

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
There's one device in /sys/class/backlight.
