Video of title bar dragging &reizing with tablet pen

SUMMARY
Clicks on the title bar of an XWayland window get passed through to other XWayland windows behind when using a tablet pen.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open two XWayland applications.
2. Maximize one window and position the other in front of it.
3. Using a tablet pen, click and drag on the title bar of the window in front to move the window.

OBSERVED RESULT
The click and drag are passed through to the window behind, while also moving the window in front. See attached video.

EXPECTED RESULT
Clicks and drags on the title bar do not affect other windows.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I have attached a video showing this with Krita (5.2.3) and GIMP (2.10.38). Moving or resizing the Krita window, causes lines to be drawn within GIMP.
