STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start a meeting and try to share the screen

OBSERVED RESULT
1. Screen sharing doesn't start

1. Successful screen sharing

Can you try upgrading your Neon to the new release rebased on Ubuntu 24.04 and try again?
