Can reproduce with Breeze size 48 and 250%. Only happens the first time clicking on a theme. See the attachment.
I played around with different settings.Tried it on my 4K 27" monitor and 15" laptop. Both behave the ., I think resolution nor scaling matters here, at least I couldn't figure out. Issue only happens on sizes 30-54 On sizes 60-72 there is another issue. Extra empty space displays at the bottom, doesn't go away ever, I uploaded a screenshot.

I can't reproduce the issue anymore on Plasma 6.5.2, Jin Liu can you try on your end so we can close this if it's really resolved?

I can still reproduce on 6.5.2: 1. Open the cursor KCM 2. Select "Oxygen Black", size 48 3. Press "Apply" 4. Select "Breeze Light" 5. Bug in the dropdown. See attachment.
