You didn't tell us what you installed. I assume you installed some version of Gpg4win. I'm not exactly sure that your problem is. If you don't want the Windows Explorer integration of Gpg4win then uncheck gpgEX (or similar) when installing Gpg4win. If you want to get rid of it in an already installed version then you may have to uninstall Gpg4win and then install it again (this time without the features that you don't want/need). Being Windows it may be necessary to reboot after uninstalling Gpg4win. We won't add any additional possibilities for configuring the context menu entries.
