Do you have an NVIDIA and are you using the proprietary driver? If so, since the proprietary driver is explicitly unsupported in Neon, know that you are on your own here, and it's your responsibility to set up everything correctly; see https://community.kde.org/Distributions/Packaging_Recommendations#Proprietary_NVidia_driver_configuration. So can you verify you've done all those things and then try again?

Nouveau is also known to have issues, see also https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=471979 . Ultimately these are driver issues that we cannot do a lot about. One thing you can try is running with LIBGL_ALWAYS_SOFTWARE=1 to force the software OpenGL implementation, but note that this will be heavy on your CPU.
