Application Launcher and Overview have KRunner search, Application Dashboard should too. It already has some things (like calculator and bookmarks), it should have it all.

I'm not completely sold on this one: there are many launchers that are text-heavy and that won't really work in the dashboard icon+quick description format. Take, as an example, the dictionary runner. What should be do there?

Agreed, I think we'd have to switch to a list view to display arbitrary KRunner results. That's what Kickoff does. We could perhaps shim in the Milou results view and just increase the icon and text sizes a bit.
