SUMMARY
Unable to start kgpg using the kgpg command.
But after adding parameters, it can be started, such as kgpg -k.
This also means that kgpg cannot be launched through the .desktop file.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install Kgpg.
2. Execute the kgpg command.

OBSERVED RESULT
Using the kgpg command, nothing happened.
Clicking on the .desktop file, nothing happened.

EXPECTED RESULT
The kgpg command can be used to start kgpg.
