SUMMARY

I am unable to add a JPEG as the avatar of a new key.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
------------------
1. Resize a JPEG to the recommended 6 KiB.
2. Invoke the file picker from KGPG to add it as an avatar.

OBSERVED RESULT
---------------
No file is considered to be of the expected MIME type - files appear momentarily, then disappear.

EXPECTED RESULT
---------------
I should be able to select a JPEG to add.

Kleopatra doesn't include this functionality, and I wasn't able to get it to work via the command-line, so I've been unable to evaluate the alternatives. Apologies.
